Filler Operator

Job Summary

• The Filler Operator operates and monitors the bottle-filling and packaging machinery used in the production of bottled water.
• The role ensures that bottles are properly filled, capped, sealed, and transferred for labeling and packaging in accordance with company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the water filling machine and associated production equipment.
• Set up the filler machine according to the required bottle size and production specifications.
• Ensure bottles are properly positioned, filled to the correct level, capped, and sealed.
• Monitor the filling process for leaks, underfilling, overfilling, damaged bottles, or faulty caps.
• Conduct routine checks on the filler, capper, conveyor, and other production equipment.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic production area in accordance with food and water safety standards.
• Carry out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Stop the machine and report mechanical or operational faults to the maintenance or production supervisor.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Remove defective bottles and report production abnormalities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years work experience.
