We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Executive / Admin & Operations professional who can support people operations, performance management, employee experience, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide timely HR support.
• Coordinate employee communication and internal HR activities.
• Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.
• Track KPIs, performance objectives, and employee deliverables.
• Follow up on performance improvement plans and probation reviews.
• Support managers and team leads with performance-related matters.
• Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and other employee-related matters.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Administration, Operations, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of performance management and employee relations.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
