Real Estate Sales Associate

Job Summary

• Our client in the Real Estate / Property industry is in need of an experienced, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing real estate sales team.
• This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, motivated by performance, and eager to build a successful career in the real estate industry.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, securing property listings, and guiding clients through smooth and professional property transactions.
• Success in this role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, persistence, strong customer service, and a commitment to achieving sales targets while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and other effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide professional support and guidance to clients throughout property buying, selling, and rental processes.
• Conduct property inspections and viewings, ensuring clients receive a professional, informative, and positive experience.
• Assist in securing property listings and promote available properties through appropriate sales and marketing channels.
• Stay informed about property values, market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the real estate market.
• Negotiate effectively with clients and other relevant parties to facilitate successful property transactions.
• Work closely with colleagues and other internal teams to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, leads, property listings, and transactions.
• Represent the company professionally at property expos, open houses, networking events, and other promotional activities.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when dealing with clients and company information.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be confident and competent in driving, with a valid driver’s license
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Practical understanding of real estate principles, property transactions, and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to develop leads, build client relationships, and close sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for property inspections, client meetings, viewings, and other business activities as required.
