Economic Analyst - BDTV

Key Responsibilities
- Research, analyze and interpret macroeconomic and microeconomic data (inflation, GDP, exchange rates, fiscal and monetary policy) for on-air and digital content
- Translate complex economic developments into clear, accessible commentary for a broad audience
- Contribute to BDTV programming through on-air analysis, panel discussions, and data-driven segments
- Collaborate with editorial and production teams to identify timely, relevant economic stories
- Monitor market and policy developments to provide timely reaction pieces and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (a Master's degree is an advantage)
- Strong grasp of macro and microeconomic analysis
- Prior experience in economic research, financial journalism, or broadcast analysis is an advantage
- Confident on-camera presence and strong communication skills
- Ability to work under tight broadcast deadlines.
