Sales Consultant

Role Summary

• As the company expands her reach, sheare looking fordriven, proactive, and results-oriented Sales Consultants to join herteam.
• The Sales Consultant will be primarily responsible for driving business growth by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients.
• You will market our core services— citizenship options and offshore real estate—to potential investors.
• In summary: your main objective is to market the business, build relationships, and bring converting clients to the company.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Prospecting:

• Proactively research, initiate, and drive outbound lead generation efforts.
• Conduct cold outreach via cold calls and tailored email campaigns to potential investors.
• Pitch and represent the company's core business offerings to high-net-worth prospects.

Lead Conversion & Advisory:

• Engage with inbound and self-generated leads to convert them into paying clients.
• Educate and enlighten prospects on citizenship-by-investment, residency programs, and offshore property investments ( comprehensive product training will be provided ).
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospective buyers and investors.

Market Engagement:

• Act as an ambassador for the brand, staying active in networking channels and sales outreach.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients, managing sales conversations from initial contact through closing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in sales, outbound prospecting, telemarketing, or business development (experience in real estate, finance, high-end services, or luxury sales is a plus).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with strong persuasive capabilities for high-level email and phone conversations.
• Proactive Drive: Highly motivated self-starter comfortable with taking and making cold calls, sending cold emails, and pursuing targets.
• Trainability: Willingness to learn intricate global citizenship frameworks and investment structures quickly during onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: N200,000+ per month (commensurate with experience and performance-based commission structure).
