- Support the implementation and optimisation of route-to-market strategies across assigned territories and distribution channels.
- Monitor market coverage, product availability, distribution efficiency, and channel performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities along the corridor.
- Analyse distributor, wholesaler, retailer, and customer performance to support effective channel management and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing routes, territories, and distribution models, and recommend adjustments based on market dynamics and corridor requirements.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Sales, or other relevant discipline.
- Over 3 years of relevant field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of Route-to-Market principles, distribution models, van sales, and channel management.
- Solid understanding of FMCG sales and distribution operations across Lagos commercial corridors.
