Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated online and offline marketing strategy.
- Manage social media, content, digital advertising and campaigns.
- Develop trade/market activation programmes supporting distributors and retailers.
- Drive product awareness and consumer demand.
- Track marketing ROI, leads, conversions and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate agencies, creators and other marketing partners.
- Work directly with commercial/sales to ensure marketing translates into product movement.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience
- A minimum of an HND in a related field.
- Proven FMCG/growth-marketing experience.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge plus understanding of offline/trade marketing.
- Evidence of campaigns that generated measurable business results.
- Commercial and data-driven rather than focused only on aesthetics/content.
- Capable of operating effectively with controlled budgets.
Benefits
Remuneration: NGN 600,000 - 800,000 Monthly
