- DreamPOD's online customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Make ordering and support easy on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels, and bring customers back.
Duties
- Take online orders and coordinate riders; handle complaints through to resolution; follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders;
- Share a weekly customer insights summary.
Requirements
