[Mid-Senior | ISP/Telecoms | Nigeria — Southwest]WE'RE HIRING | MANAGER, NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTRE (NOCC)ipNX Nigeria Limited | Lagos | Permanent | Senior LeadershipThe RoleYou will own ipNX's 24/7 Network Operations Control Centre — leading a team of Network Operations Engineers, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring 99.9%+ network availability across all managed customer sites nationwide. You report directly to the DCEO, Managed Network Services. This is not just an ops role — you will be building and improving the systems that keep enterprise networks running.What You Will Own- Establish and manage shift schedules and NOC tooling for round-the-clock network coverage- Define incident management procedures, escalation matrices (L1/L2/L3), and runbooks- Own Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) operations and configuration management- Drive 80%+ remote fault resolution — reducing unnecessary field dispatches- Generate customer-facing SLA reports and proactively prevent SLA breaches- Lead automation and AI-assisted diagnostics initiatives for continuous improvement- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Network Operations EngineersYou Are the Right Fit If You Have:✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecoms, or related field✅ 7–10 years in network operations or NOC management — with at least 3 years in a supervisory role✅ At least ONE mandatory certification — CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, ITIL v4 Foundation, or Fortinet NSE 4✅ Expert knowledge of IP networking, routing, switching, and wireless troubleshooting✅ Demonstrated experience managing 24/7 operations and SLA-driven service delivery✅ Hands-on experience with NMS platforms — PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or LibreNMS✅ Experience implementing or managing ZTP and automated provisioning systemsBonus: Cisco CCIE | ITIL v4 Intermediate/Expert | MikroTik MTCRE/MTCINE | CWNA | HDI Support Center Manager⛔ Do Not Apply If:- You have fewer than 7 years in network operations or NOC environments- You have never managed a team or overseen 24/7 shift operations- You do not hold at least one of the mandatory certifications listed above- You have no experience with SLA management or customer-facing operations📍 Lagos | Full-Time | On-Call for Critical EscalationsOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5 days of receiving application.#Hiring #NOCManager #NetworkOperations #CCNP #ITIL #ManagedServices #ipNX #Lagos #NigeriaJobs #ICTJobs #NetworkManager #ZTP**
