Sales Manager (Arabic)

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving deposits and trading activity, and building long-term relationships with traders and investors.
- This role is ideal for professionals with a strong sales background, excellent client engagement skills, and a passion for financial markets and trading services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients regarding trading accounts, brokerage services, and platform functionality.
- Present and demonstrate brokerage products and services to prospective clients through virtual meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Convert qualified prospects into active, funded trading accounts.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, seminars, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and trading activity.
- Educate clients on available account types, trading tools, trading conditions, and brokerage offerings.
- Drive client deposits and increase trading volume through consultative and value-based selling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Manage and prioritize sales opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams by providing market feedback and client insights.
- Support traders with onboarding and platform orientation and trading tools.
Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Personal computer capable of running CRM, communication, and trading software.
- Dedicated and professional home-office environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and other productivity tools.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic is a MUST.
