Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced Network Installers to join our team.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining satellite TV systems, particularly, at customers' locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and set up DStv and GOtv satellite systems at customer locations.
- Install and align satellite dishes for optimal signal reception.
- Configure decoders, LNBs, cables, connectors, and related equipment.
- Conduct signal strength and quality checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation and signal-related issues.
- Carry out repairs, replacements, and maintenance when required.
- Provide customers with basic guidance on the use of installed equipment.
- Ensure installations are completed safely, professionally, and according to required standards.
- Maintain accurate records of completed installations and customer requests.
- Attend to assigned installation jobs promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DStv/GOtv Installer, Satellite TV Installer, or Network Installer.
- Hands-on experience installing and aligning satellite dishes.
- Good knowledge of DStv and GOtv installation procedures and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot signal, cabling, decoder, and connection issues.
- Ability to use basic installation tools and signal-strength meters.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations within the assigned area.
- Relevant technical training or certification is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience working with DStv, GOtv, MultiChoice, satellite television systems, or related telecommunications/network installation services are highly encouraged to apply.

Remuneration
- Salary: N262, 000 Gross Monthly
- Transport allowance , Vairable pay,NSITF, Pension and leave allowance.
