- Drive revenue growth within Textile and Apparel through targeted client acquisition and deal execution
- Develop and execute sector-specific strategies to increase market share and transaction volumes
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and high-value corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the sector
- Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Operations, Compliance) to ensure seamless deal execution
- Oversee pipeline management, ensuring strong conversion rates from prospect to consummation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage)
- 8 years' experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within textiles, apparel, fintech, banking, or financial services
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value client portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead sector-focused strategies and work with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
