Analyst & Compliance Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Analyst & Compliance Officer to support financial auditing, regulatory compliance, data analysis, risk assessment, and financial reporting within a finance and business consultancy firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting financial audits and reviewing financial records.
- Assess compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and laws.
- Analyze financial data to identify risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare audit reports, management reports, work papers, and financial analysis.
- Assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
- Communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations to clients and management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional guidance.
Requirements
- ICAN Qualified.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including experience in an audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of financial auditing, compliance, risk assessment, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
