Sales / Distribution Manager
Fortknox Outsourcing - 3 Openings
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit major distributors for the company's water heater products within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key business partners.
- Drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities and increasing product penetration.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide ongoing support to maximize sales.
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and market intelligence reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and excellent customer service.
- Represent the company professionally during customer engagements, trade events, and business meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or distributor management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks.
- Experience in the building materials, electrical, home appliances, or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must reside in or be willing to work within the preferred location (Ibadan, Ondo, or Kwara State).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Remuneration
- Salary: N200,000 Monthly
- Incentives: Weekly Performance-Based Incentives.
