Agency and Property Management Officer

Job Summary
- Tunde Adejumo & Co. is seeking a proactive, result-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team as an Agency & Property Management Officer.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new properties for the firm's management portfolio, expanding the agency business, managing existing properties under the firm's care, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source residential, commercial, and industrial properties for management and agency services.
- Market the firm's property management and agency services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, investors, and corporate organizations.
- Manage existing properties within the firm's portfolio to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate property inspections, tenant management, rent collection, lease administration, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records.
- Negotiate agency and property management contracts.
- Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Estate Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in estate agency and property management.
- Strong marketing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Ability to source and secure property management briefs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
