Job Summary Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations to support the company's workforce and ensure compliance with labour regulations. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified employees. Implement HR policies and manage employee relations. Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices. Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an advantage. Core Skills Recruitment and talent management. Communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution. Organizational and record-keeping skills.
