Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our client’s team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including reels, videos, graphics, stories, captions, and promotional materials.
- Develop and manage weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms and online community.
- Monitor social media trends and develop content around relevant trends and opportunities.
- Write compelling captions and marketing copy.
- Coordinate content creation, photoshoots, and video shoots when required.
- Edit short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and direct messages professionally.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and communication standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
- Ability to create and edit engaging short-form videos.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
- A portfolio or samples of previous social media/content work is required.
- Female candidates are preferred.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
