Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or after-sales support.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
