Sales Rep - Fashion Brand

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 Monthly

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our male fashion retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Provide personalized styling recommendations and product advice based on customers' preferences and needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
• Ensure merchandise is neatly arranged, well-stocked, and attractively displayed at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low stock or fast-moving items.
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and arranging new stock deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends, new arrivals, promotions, and product features.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and special sales events.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records where required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for men's fashion and excellent styling sense.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must reside in or around Surulere or be willing to commute conveniently.
