Quality Control Associate (Fashion House)

We are looking for a detail-driven Quality Control Associate to serve as the final line of defense in our production process. As part of our Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring every garment that leaves our facility reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence , from stitching and finishing to fabric integrity and packaging. Key Responsibilities
•    Conduct thorough quality checks on garments at multiple stages of production, assessing stitching, finishing, color accuracy, sizing, and overall construction
•    Identify and flag defects such as uneven dye patterns, fabric damage, incorrect trims, poor workmanship, or missing labels
•    Monitor dyed fabrics to ensure alignment with the brand’s approved color and pattern standards, and communicate inconsistencies promptly to the dye team
•    Maintain accurate quality control records by logging defects, tracking recurring issues, and documenting inspection outcomes
•    Share regular reports with the Production Lead to highlight trends and flag potential production bottlenecks
•    Provide clear, timely feedback to tailors, dyers, and the production team when quality issues arise, and recommend practical solutions to prevent repeat errors
•    Perform final inspections to confirm garments are properly pressed, labeled, and packaged in line with brand standards before delivery or shipment
•    Proactively identify opportunities to reduce recurring quality issues and improve overall production efficiency
•    Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations and business objectives

  Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification
•    Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in the production department of a fashion or manufacturing business
•    Strong observational skills and exceptional attention to detail
•    Ability to maintain thorough and accurate documentation and reporting
•    Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and constructively across internal teams (Creative Director, Production Lead, Marketing, Sales) and external partners (Factory Managers, Dyers, Fabric Suppliers)
