Reservation Executive (Experienced)
a Travels & Tours Firm - HRLeverage Africa
Key Responsibilities
- Manage flight reservations, ticketing, revalidation, reissuance, and cancellations.
- Process customer travel bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
- Resolve customer inquiries and booking issues.
- Maintain accurate reservation records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in ticketing and reservations within a Travels & Tours organization.
- Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- N250,000 - N300,000 / Month (Negotiable).
