Training Lead (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Lead to support the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs for our clients.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and capacity building.

Key Responsibilities
Training Development and Delivery:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with client needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
• Develop and maintain a robust curriculum that meets industry standards.
• Assist the Business Development team to drive training sales and revenue growth.
• Assist the business development team in developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct client needs assessments to identify training opportunities.
• Provide exceptional client service to ensure high client satisfaction.

Training Costing and Operations:

• Develop and manage training budgets and costs.
• Coordinate training logistics, including venue, materials, and facilitators.
• Ensure smooth training operations and delivery.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5years' experience in training and development
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• * Ability to work independently and in a team.
