Internal Control Officer

Job Summary
- CasaLavoro Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and highly ethical Internal Control Officer to strengthen our internal control, risk management, compliance, and financial monitoring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor internal controls, policies, and SOP compliance.
- Review property sales, payments, refunds, expenses, and vendor transactions.
- Conduct periodic and surprise audits/checks across departments and project sites.
- Identify control gaps, fraud risks, and irregularities and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare internal control reports and track closure of audit findings.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Project teams.
Requirements
- Ba c helor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in internal control, internal audit, risk, or compliance.
- Real estate/construction experience is an advantage.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of accounting/ERP or CRM systems.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or CISA is an added advantage.
- High integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Remuneration
Competitive and negotiable, based on experience.
