Senior Sales Manager

Responsibitlies
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage, supervise, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities, customer inquiries, and follow-up processes.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including corporate, retail, and fleet customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, corporate organizations, and business partners.
- Prepare and implement sales forecasts and market penetration strategies.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and training to sales executives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Ensure all customer complaints and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and collaborate with the operations team to ensure product availability.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the performance of individual sales team members.
- Coordinate vehicle demonstrations, exhibitions, roadshows, and other marketing events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
- Collaborate with the after-sales, finance, logistics, and marketing departments to improve customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers within the company's approved guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the company's CRM system.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales employees.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 10 years experience.
Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.
