Business Development Manager

Location: Ozubulu, Jos, Awka, Suleja, Lagos
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue across STANEL business units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual customers.
- Develop partnerships with organizations, institutions, and community stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Promote bakery, restaurant, mart, and station services to target customers.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends.
- Represent the company at networking and industry events.
- Prepare periodic business development and sales reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, or service industries is an advantage.
