We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Quality Control Superintendent** to lead our Quality Control and Quality Assurance operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Quality Control/Quality Assurance team.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and process deviations and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce quality inspection procedures and standards.
• Monitor product defects, rejection, rework, wastage, and customer complaints.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions.
• Work closely with Production and other departments to maintain consistent product quality.
• Prepare quality reports and monitor key quality performance indicators.
• Train and supervise Quality Control Inspectors.

Requirements Minimum **4 years' experience** in Quality Control Inspection/Quality Assurance. Strong and in-depth knowledge of **QC/QA principles, inspection procedures, defect analysis, and CAPA**. HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Previous experience in a **plastic manufacturing company is an added advantage**, especially in injection moulding, blow moulding, coolers, food flasks, or thermoware production.
