Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital Trade Officer to support digital trading operations and ensure seamless transaction processing.
- The ideal candidate will manage digital trade activities, assist customers with enquiries, maintain accurate transaction records, and ensure compliance with financial and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms.
- Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests.
- Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure the accuracy of digital records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical challenges where necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all digital trade activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's financial policies and operational procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support the onboarding of customers onto digital platforms and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital financial transactions is an added advantage.
Benefits
- Salary: N150,000 monthly.
- Accommodation: Available only for employees on night shifts
- Other Benefits: To be communicated by the employer.
