- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend the perfect coverage solutions
- Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing in a clear, compelling way
- Prepare and present customized insurance quotes and proposals
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed your targets
- Build and grow lasting relationships through regular client follow-up and policy reviews
- ️ Process applications, renewals, and claims documentation accurately
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven sales experience or a strong aptitude for selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services
