Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and reliable Cook to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to the hotel’s recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage.
- Minimize food waste and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
- Proven experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen safety practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Applicants must reside within or around the Zango area.
