Hotel Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in/check out guests.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use hotel management software.
- Well-groomed, organized, and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
