Facility / Pool Maintenance Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and proactive Facility & Pool Maintenance Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s facilities and ensuring the swimming pool is clean, safe, and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair hotel facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Clean, monitor, and maintain the swimming pool, ensuring proper water quality and chemical balance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments.
- Maintain maintenance records and report major repairs to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE.
- Previous experience in facility maintenance and/or pool maintenance is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance and water treatment is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies when required.
- Applicants must reside within or around the Zango area.
