Sales Supervisor

Job Title: Sales Supervisor Location: Lagos (Head Office, Festac & Ikota), Awka, Owerri, Port Harcourt Salary: ₦100,000 Gross Experience: 2–3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of the sales team, ensure sales targets are met, and maintain excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve outstanding results. Please note: While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, this role is currently best suited for female candidates due to operational requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to sales representatives.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
• Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales or sales supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
