Job Summary
- We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
- In this role, you will identify prospective clients, build strong customer relationships, present product solutions, and close sales opportunities to achieve targets.
- You will serve as a key ambassador for our brand, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying new market avenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, contact, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, and online research.
- Client Engagement & Sales Pitching: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to potential and existing clients' needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts, store managers, and distributors to ensure repeat orders.
- Negotiation & Closing: Present pricing proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales in alignment with company guidelines and profitability goals.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to share actionable insights with the sales management team.
- Sales Reporting: Record daily activities, track leads, update sales pipelines, and submit weekly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Sales Track Record: 2–4 years of experience in direct sales, business development, or account management, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to connect effectively across diverse audiences.
- Negotiation & Closing Ability: Strong persuasion and closing skills with a proven track record of handling customer objections.
- Self-Motivation & Drive: High level of initiative, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization & Time Management: Excellent route planning, scheduling, and pipeline management capabilities.
