Business Development Officer

Job Summary
- We’re recruiting a Business Development Officer role for an audio-visual engineering workspace built for growth, creativity, and real impact.

Job Description
- Find new sales leads and target markets.
- Build and keep good ties with clients.
- Make and give sales pitches and offers.
- Check market trends and what rivals do.
- Work with other teams to plan growth.
- Hit monthly or yearly sales goals.
- Carryout site visitation as the need arises.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years proven experience in Business Development or Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officeand basic CRM tools.
- AVL engineering knowledge is an added advantage.
Benefits
- Salary: N300,000 - N350,000 net monthly (negotiable - depending on experience, skill sets and expertise).
