Inventory Data & Warehouse Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Data & Warehouse Officer to support inventory management, warehouse operations, and product data administration.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, creating products in the ERP/POS system, managing warehouse organization, and supporting stock control activities.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Data Management:
- Create and maintain product records in the ERP/POS system
- Generate and manage product barcodes
- Categorize products accurately within the inventory system
- Update stock records and inventory transactions
- Ensure inventory database accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and correct inventory discrepancies
Warehouse Operations:
- Shelve and label products appropriately
- Organize warehouse storage locations for efficient operations
- Monitor stock movement and transfers
- Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits
- Retrieve products for internal departments when required
- Ensure proper warehouse arrangement and housekeeping standards
- Support inventory reconciliation activities
Requirements
- SSCE qualification with 0–2 years of experience in Inventory Management, Data Entry, Warehouse Operations, or Stock Control
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle inventory data with a high level of accuracy
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using ERP, POS, or Inventory Management Systems
- Knowledge of barcode generation and inventory tracking processes
- Ability to prepare inventory and stock reports
- Good computer literacy and data management skills
