Trade Marketing Manager - Multi Market FMCG & Fragrance Portfolio

Role Summary
- We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, shopper engagement, and sales growth across multiple African markets.
- The role focuses on trade marketing execution, in-store activations, and supporting product launches for a portfolio of FMCG and fragrance brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans across assigned markets.
- Lead BTL activations, in-store promotions, and POSM deployment.
- Support the local execution of ATL campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and shopper insights to improve results.
- Coordinate new product launches with sales teams and distributors.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of trade marketing experience in FMCG, beauty, or fragrance.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern trade channels.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned markets.
