Marketing and Sales Executive

About the Role

• DemyHealth Limited is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting our diagnostic and laboratory services, building strategic partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, healthcare marketing, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, HMOs, corporate organizations, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote DemyHealth's diagnostic and laboratory services to prospective clients.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and follow up meetings.
• Negotiate and close business opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.

Marketing:

• Execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, health outreaches, and networking events.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.

Reporting:

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Maintain accurate records of client engagements, sales activities, and business opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline development and target achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Experience within the healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or medical laboratory industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
