Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, direct prospecting, and other approved channels.
• Promote the Bank’s products and services, including loans, savings, accounts, digital banking solutions, and other financial products.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Explain product features, eligibility requirements, repayment terms, and other relevant information to customers.
• Support customers through account opening, onboarding, documentation, and loan application processes.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities within assigned locations.
• Achieve assigned customer acquisition, loan disbursement, deposit mobilization, and revenue targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers.
• Work closely with the Credit, Risk, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with the KYC requirements, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to the line manager

Requirements

• Candidate must have a basic knowledge of public sector lending
• Develop strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
