Human Resources Officer

Job Summary

• They are currently seeking a smart, organized, and experienced HR Manager for immediate employment.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, supervising staff activities, supporting HR functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.
• The candidate must possess strong leadership, people-management, and organizational skills, especially within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily administrative and operational activities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and workplace coordination.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate office administration and facility management.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and operational updates.
• Assist management in staff welfare, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure effective communication between management and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field with 5-7 years experience.
• Proven experience in HR and Administration.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and administrative operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage.
