Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with line managers and business leaders to provide effective HR support and people solutions.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee deployment.
- Coordinate performance management processes and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify employee training and development needs and support the implementation of relevant initiatives.
- Monitor and report HR metrics, including headcount, employee turnover, absenteeism and other workforce trends.
- Implement HR policies, procedures and people-related initiatives across assigned business functions.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters.
- Support compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and provide relevant insights to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience, preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing or other fast-paced business environments.
- Sound knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment and general HR operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Ability to operate with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
