Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

A reputable company in the Aviation, Construction and Real Estate Development sector is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. Location: Ikeja, Lagos Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 Requirements: Minimum of 7 years' experience supporting a CEO, MD or other C-suite executive. Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and beyond regular office hours when required. Aviation industry experience is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel and correspondence. Prepare reports, presentations and executive documentation. Follow up on action items and coordinate with stakeholders. Provide high-level administrative and operational support.
