Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate fluently with customers in French and English.
- Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate complex matters appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow approved call scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned call centre KPIs, including service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Participate in required training and coaching sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of an OND/NCE or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa is a key requirement
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or BPO environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic customer service applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift schedules.
- Language Proficiency: Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
