Responsible for supervising and coordinating construction, installation, and maintenance activities on the farm. Ensures contractors follow approved plans, safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines while monitoring progress, materials, and workmanship. Liaises with management, contractors, and technical teams to resolve site issues and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specification.
