Job Description
- Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for improving the mental health and well-being of young Nigerians?
- We are looking for a Volunteer Customer Service & Outreach Officer (Remote) to join our team.
- Your primary mission will be to connect with school leaders and teachers, introduce them to our platform, and drive sign-ups for our evidence-based mental health training courses.
- You will be the friendly voice of Health4You, helping us expand our reach and get our courses into the hands of educators who need them.
- If you have excellent communication skills and the drive to get our website in front of as many schools as possible, then this volunteer opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to schools, principals, and teachers via email and phone to introduce our training programs.
- Clearly communicate the value of our courses to encourage sign-ups.
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- A passion for education and mental health advocacy.
