Business Development Executive (Remote)

Role Description

• This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive.
• The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end lead generation process, and nurturing prospects through regular communication. Daily tasks include researching potential markets and clients, qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
• The Business Development Executive will maintain and grow key accounts, track sales activities and performance metrics, and provide feedback to refine business development strategies.
• The role requires proactive outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings, as well as consistent use of CRM or similar tools to manage pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a healthy sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management and client relationship skills to maintain, grow, and retain existing business.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
• Candidates should possess core Business skills such as commercial awareness, negotiation, basic financial understanding, and strategic thinking.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably in B2B environments.
• Comfort working remotely with strong self-management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software tools.
