IT Support Officer
British Community Hospital and Outpatient Clinic (BCHOC)
Responsibilities
- Maintain computers, internet, networks, printers, CCTV, POS devices and hospital software; manage authorised user access; support backups and cybersecurity; maintain IT inventory; troubleshoot faults; and support staff.
Requirements
- OND, HND or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related discipline; relevant IT-support experience; networking and CCTV knowledge; and strong confidentiality.
- Current professional registration and practising licence where applicable.
- Verifiable employment history and references.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Willingness to undertake shift, weekend or night duties where required.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Salary
N100,000 - N180,000 monthly.
