The ideal candidates should have 4–7 years of relevant experience in serviced apartments, hotels, short-let apartments, or other hospitality environments, with strong communication, customer service, and administrative skills. The successful candidates will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out, responding to enquiries, handling guest concerns, and maintaining a professional reception experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide a professional and friendly reception experience. Handle guest check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently. Respond to guest enquiries, requests, and service needs promptly. Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate guest records, bookings, payments, and reception documentation. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Provide information about apartment facilities, services, policies, and local attractions when required. Monitor guest arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests. Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area. Prepare and submit relevant reception reports to management. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–7 years of relevant experience in reception operations within hotels, serviced apartments, short-lets, or similar hospitality businesses. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations calmly. Good organisational and administrative skills. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with hotel or property management systems is an advantage. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
