Role Overview
- The Head of Marketing & Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand visibility, and leading customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution ability and proven experience in both marketing and sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation initiatives
- Build and manage the company’s brand presence across digital and offline channels
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM)
- Establish and manage sales pipelines, targets, and performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to improve customer experience
- Prepare reports and present performance insights to the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant Masters degree is an added advantage)
- Proven experience in a senior marketing and/or sales role (Head, Manager, or Lead level)
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Solid experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and marketing tools).

Salary
N300,000 per month.
