Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Strong experience in flight reservations and ticketing
- Excellent knowledge of Amadeus and other airline reservation systems
- Experience in customer service, coordination, and travel operations
- Ability to handle bookings, invoicing, and client follow-up professionally
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to convert customer inquiries into successful bookings and sales
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily office operations efficiently
- English language proficiency is required
- Previous experience in a travel agency is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Flight reservations and ticket issuance
- Assisting clients with travel inquiries and support
- Coordinating travel services and customer bookings
- Managing invoices and payment follow-up
- Handling customer communication professionally
- Supporting the growth and daily operations of the new branch
