Urgent Hiring Job Title: Business Development Executive – Haulage & Truck Leasing Location: Lagos & Ogun State, Nigeria Industry: Logistics and Transportation Salary budget: (Negotiable) About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for our Haulage and Truck Leasing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing contracts with companies that require transportation and fleet solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in haulage and truck leasing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients across industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, construction, and oil & gas.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or fleet leasing.
- Strong understanding of haulage and truck leasing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
